Situated in their own colourful extensive well kept grounds and large swimming pool, the Aloni Villa (Levante & Ponente) are two semi-detached luxury villas. Each villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms and sofa bed. Perfect for small families, and when combined the Aloni Villas can sleep a max of 10 which is ideal for large groups of family and friends. These highly recommended villas are situated a short walk from the colourful yachting harbour of Agia Efimia in the region of Pylaros on the pretty Ionian Greek Island of Kefalonia.

Each villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, on the first floor, each having comfortable king-size beds and pillows with colourful bedspreads and cushions and crisp cotton linen. Each room has French doors leading to a balcony with table and chairs from which you can enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views. On the same floor there is a modern bathroom with an overhead and handheld shower within a spacious glass enclosure and wc and wash hand basin. On the ground floor both villas have an open plan lounge/diner with a wood burning stove and fully equipped modern kitchen which would satisfy any keen chef. There is also an additional wc/cloakroom. There are two pairs of French doors leading from the lounge and dining area onto a large private terrace with a traditional pergola and table and chairs for alfresco eating and romantic evenings. On the lower ground floor there is a fully equipped laundry room.

Set in their own substantial private grounds the stunning villas Levante and Ponente are surrounded by scented gardens with roses, honeysuckle and jasmine climbing and tumble over walls and pergolas. Bougainvillea, oleanders and many other flowering shrubs create a colourful display. There are orange, lemon, nespole, fig and numerous olive trees for a truly Greek atmosphere. Surrounded by extensive terraces, which have sun and shade, is a large swimming pool 11 m x 5.5 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m and a heated poolside shower (pool heating is available to a maximum of 82F/28C at an additional cost). There is a fully equipped outside stylish kitchen with barbecue, fridge etc. and an adjacent dining area shaded by a pergola with a table that can seat 10. There are numerous loungers, director's chairs and deck chairs from which you can relax, unwind soak up the enchanting valley and mountain views that surround this outstanding property and side tables to hold your cold drinks.

The renowned harbour of Agia Efimia with its delightful small pebble beaches and coves, ideal for snorkelling in the crystal clear water, has a good choice of tavernas and bars, small supermarkets, butchers, bakers, tourist shops, post office and pharmacy. There is car, moped, motor boat hire. Yacht and catamarans available for charter, plus a scuba diving centre. There are tennis courts for hire and popular local walking tails. Horse riding is available nearby.

Geographically, Agia Efimia is conveniently situated allowing easy access to explore the hidden gems of the island such as the Mellisani Underground Lake, Drogorati Caves, the famous and much photographed beach of Myrtos and picturesque harbours of Assos and Fiskardo to name just a few.
